We need more people with backbone who not only refuse to play the games (which only looks bad) but loudly call out the players and expose the games. Common sense and truth are our best weapons against the thuggery, deception and games, and they should be used relentlessly and repeatedly.Marianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08113642030932260379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-872610766194613385.post-62489046832621526792011-06-02T16:52:44.784-04:002011-06-02T16:52:44.784-04:00Maybe now, more Republicans will do this...turn do...Maybe now, more Republicans will do this...turn down invitations to speak with Obama about virtually anything. It is possible that polite conversation might no longer be possible. If simply disagreement can elicit the type of invective the Presidents has demonstrated he can, has and will deliver, where's the downside of Mr. Landry's decision?

I give credit to President Bush (43) for attempting to change the tone in Washington, D.C. I made my living as a creative guy in a huge national ad agency. But not even I, on my best days, would ever have enough creativity and imagination in me to ever think John Boehner could have that kind of spunk to stand up to Obama--or anyone else, for that matter.

Well done.

--AOA

P.S.
