Pam Geller from Atlas Shrugs has an exclusive up today. One of her readers sent her a copy of recruiting material given to high schools students from Organizing for America for internships. Organizing for America is the new name for Obama’s campaign website from 2008 (mybarackobama.com). The recruiting material’s reading list is pure Alinsky agitation. Here is an example of the reading list:
Stir It Up: Lessons from Community Organizing and Advocacy, Rinku Sen
Obama Field Organizers Plot a Miracle, Zack Exley, Huffington Post
Dreams of My FatherChicago Chapters,Barack Hussein Obama
The left constantly tells us that there is no plan to indoctrinate our children in leftist ideology. Yet, junk like this is constantly turning up. Children forced to waste their time learning vapid songs to the empty suit. Wasting an entire day contemplating Obama after his silly speech to kids or learning about inappropriate sexual activity. Now they are actively recruiting high school kids to learn community organizing i.e. agitation.
The think I cannot stand about all of this, is that it robs children from desperately needed classroom time for real learning. Instead of our children using all their classroom time to acquire a strong grasp of the basics, they must waste their time on all this social engineering bullshit. For black children in failing inner city schools, wasting their classroom time like this, is truly a sin in the eye of God.
If your children are in a public school, demand to see their schoolwork. Know exactly what they are working on daily. Teach them what indoctrination is and teach them to report it and not to go along with it. Apathy and ignorance are the socialists’ best tools and the best way to defeat them is to stay informed.
The Gamaliel National Clergy Caucus held "a New Orleans style funeral procession as they deliver a casket symbolizing the death of old ways of providing health care and pray for a new day for health care in America."
The Gamaliel Foundation is the community organizing group that helped sponsor Barack Obama's initial work in Chicago.
Editor's note: We've updated this post with the longer version of the original event. As you'll see in the comments and related links there is a debate over what is actually being said. Does the crowd say, "Hear our cry, Obama" and "Deliver us Obama?" Or are they saying "Oh God?" In the longer version the first two repetitions seem to have a distinct "uh" sound at the end that resonates as "Obama." The later repetitions are a little fuzzier. Did some of the religious leaders present become uneasy? Or was there a mix of what was being said? Read some of the blogger analysis below. What do you think?
I am not sure what the heck to make of this. Are they saying “Obama” or “Oh God”?I cannot tell for sure. However holding a mock funeral and praying for health care reform is just plain nuts!
Leftist are always going on and on and on about empowering minorities, the poor and other members with victim status. But in reality all they do is promote weakness.Really, praying for health care reform? It would be bad enough if they were asking God to give them the grace so that they could pursue health care reform on their own, but straight out asking for reform, oh boy.

I am a black conservative from a black conservative family. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and finally settled in New Jersey. Throughout my life I knew I did not share many of the common beliefs of other American blacks.
For starters, I never took to the term African-American. I have meet too many real Africans who are now Americans, to ever with a straight face say we share something in common other than skin tones. Their history and culture is truly a unique and is a completely different experience from my own. My culture is distinctly American, from the way I speak, think, dress and act and you know what else? I love it! So for me, I will always be an American who just happens to be black.
I put myself and my beliefs out here in cyberspace, to show my fellow blacks that there is something more. That one need not accept the false promise of the next social program, the belief in government as savior or the next Democratic candidate will right all wrongs. That true Hope and Change comes from belief in yourself, in a nation that allows dynamic movement if you are bold enough, smart enough and brave enough to make it happen.
