Another Black Conservative’s FMJRA The Halloween Edition

Happy Halloween! This week’s FMJRA is brought to you by the fright that is Hope and Change. If you are looking for something extra spooky tonight, just check out Nancy’s 2,000-page horror story of socialism called HR 3962! It will make your hair stand on ends!

All kidding aside, despite Technorati’s brain dead update, I was once again able to put together a weekly FMJRA. Apologies upfront for anyone I missed. Just drop me an email and I will be happy to give you some props and show you a little Linky Love.

This week’s most linked story was Obama Declares H1N1 Emergency. You guys provided some very interesting feedback and I don’t feel so weird about not being sufficiently alarmed.  Thanks to Jules Crittenden, Ed Driscoll and Booker Rising. Zandar Versus The Stupid linked with some snark, but no hits to my Sitemeter.  Is this an instance of unrequited Linky Love?

Newt Gingrich foolishly thinking that he can toss in his hat in 2012, brought links from  Boom Boom Boom and The Lonely Conservative. Zandar Versus The Stupid snarked again and again not a blip on my Sitemeter. Zandy, I can call you Zandy right? Does anyone read your blog? Just askin’ [Clifton B, taps the Sitemeter to make sure it is working].

ABC showed up on a few folks FMJRA this week. No Sheeples Here had a special one featuring Non Presidential Approved stuff and I was happy to make that grade. Fisherville Mike, Reaganite Republican and Keith’s Sports Journal included ABC in their FMJRA. Left Coast Rebel did a FMJRA that included my FMJRA, because like me he ain’t feelin’ the New Techorati either.

ABC got a little spotlight action from And It Goes In Shreveport who made ABC featured blog and Camp of the Saints who gave me a quote of the day.

Miscellaneous Linky Love came from The Daley Gator who noted Biden’s counter terrorism plans for Afghanistan. Booker Rising also too a look at Obama’s dithering in Afghanistan. Boom Boom Boom hopped into the time machine to quote ABC on the Quantity of Republicans vs. the Quality of Republicans [Boom Boom also loves that picture of Sgt. Crowley helping Skippy Gates down the White House stairs].

Another Black Conservative's weekly FMJRA

Hello dear readers and welcome to Another Black Conservative’s second Full Metal Jacket Reach Around (FMJRA). In this post ABC, pays shameless obedience to Rule #2. Since the last FMJRA I have seen a nice increase in traffic and have added five new followers (welcome aboard). It pays to spread a little Linky Love to your fellow bloggers.

Last week’s FMJRA was contagious for two bloggers. My Voice On The Wings of Change and Conservative Drive By both started their own versions of FMJRA and cited ABC for the inspiration.

Other bloggers picked up on my post and gave a little Linky Love that way. First we have Voting Female who picks up on my ACORN outnumbered post.

MAinfo and The Rude News both linked to the C-SPAN caller video, although The Rude News preferred the video of the Anti Obama Dog in that post.

The Canadian Sentinel and Saber Point both link to the little girl plant at Obama’s Town Hall. By the way, Saber Point has a rib splitting graphic about plants at Obama’s Town Hall, it is a must see.

Shout out to ABC’s big traffic drivers

I really should have mentioned these blogs in my first FMJRA. Week after week, the traffic from their blogs is amazing. I get more hits from these two blogs, than ACORN can bus in cronies to a Town Hall meeting. Keith’s Sports Journal is great blog when you want to take a break from politics and According to Nikki offers in your face conservatism. By the way, if there was ever a blogger who I would love to share a beer with, it would be Nikki! To see what I mean, check out this line from one of her recent posts:

Another Black Conservative's FMJRA for 9/19/2009

Welcome to another week of ABC’s FMJRA where we pay homage to Rule #2 of How to Get a Million Hits on Your Blog in Less Than a Year.

This has been an awesome week for ABC and conservatives across the country. Conservatives and like-minded folks brought over 1 million people to DC to let Obama and Congress know we ain’t happy. If that wasn’t satisfying enough, conservatives were treated to watching the criminal enterprise known as ACORN get its much over due comeuppance. We also witnessed Democrats shoot themselves in the foot by completely overplaying the Race Card.

This week’s most linked to post was; Maureen Dowd joins the Raaaaacism Industrial Complex. Links came from Political Castaway, Moonbat Patrol, Mommy Life, the Magic Negro Watch and Divided We Stand United We Fail.

Second most linked to post was; I finally agree with Obama! Kanye West is a jackass. Links came in from Doug Ross, The Atlantic Wire and get this Howard Kurtz at the Washington Post. You can imagine my frustration that the only time I may ever have my blog mentioned by the Washington Post, it has to be the one time I agree with Obama! Grrrr!

Here is the miscellaneous Linky Love ABC from around the web. Track A ‘Crat, the first of ABC’s Guest Blogger Sunday guests, links to 2010 is going to be a bloodbath for incumbents. Track A’ Crat also gave ABC a guest spot on his blog on Thursday, by reposting Rep. Hank Johnson and Jimmy Carter joins the Raaaaacism Industrial Complex. Which by the way was clearly the most read and discussed post of the week. Track A ‘Crat also provided a photo hat tip for the crowds at the 9/12 rally.

Moonbat Patrol has been very nice to ABC. In addition to linking to the Maureen Dowd post, Moonbat linked to The San Bernardino Edition of the ACORN scandal and Rep. Johnson and Jimmy Carter’s racism.

FYI: Little Green Footballs (LGF) is smearing Robert Stacy McCain and several other conservative bloggers. Charles Johnson from LGF has lost his way and his mind, and has decided to become a race card dealing member of the Raaaaacism Industrial Complex. Manufactured racism is pure evil, so ABC will not link to LGF EVER!!!!

The Western Experience and Coachep both linked to OMG, there is a blizzard in hell tonight, Dems vote against ACORN. Carol’s Closet gave a reference to ACORN is about to get its nuts cracked. Must Reads

Last week I was pretty skimpy with the Must Reads because I wanted everyone to use the day for action. To make up for that I have a few more Must Reads than usual.

For those of you who just could not get enough first hand accounts of the 9/12 March on Washington, here are some posts from people who were actually there. My friend The Conservative Lady has a nice accounting with pictures. A new blog I found called Reclaim the Blue was also there and wrote about it extensively.

Still confused about the crowd size? Moderate in the Middle gives a very good analysis and Gary at A Time For Choosing lays out the significance.

Racism was a big topic this week and for an interesting take check out Ric's Rulez (he has to be the most educated Redneck you will ever meet).

I would like to make two quick shout outs to two of my fellow black conservative who have make a big splash. First is Kevin Jackson from The Black Sphere. As some of you know Kevin has started to appear on Fox News! The Black Sphere was one of the inspirations for creating Another Black Conservative. I guess you could say reaching the heights of Kevin’s blog is one of my goals.

My second shout out goes to Mary Baker. A few weeks back in another FMJRA I pointed you all to a post she wrote called “Why I am No Longer an African American”. Well that stellar post was published by American Thinker and showed up on Lucianne.com. Way to go Mary!

Another Black Conservative's First FMJRA

Welcome to Another Black Conservative’s First weekly Full Metal Jacket Reach Around (FMJRA). Technorati? We don’t need no stinking Technorati! Here at Another Black Conservative we can kick it old school and bring you a full FMJRA lowtech style!

Another Black Conservative’s FMJRA – The Technorati Monster Edition

This week’s FMJRA is coming to you late because our friends over a Technorati have decided to let their Technorati Monster run buck wild and wreck havoc in their redesign.  Aside from completely wiping out some bloggers’ authority [and boosting others, The Monster loves Ma Info] Technorati had done the dumbest thing of all. They did away with showing all the blogs that link to your post!

Without that listing Technorati has become as useless to me as Olympia Snow is to conservative causes.  So, until another solution for tracking links is found, I ask that if you link one of my post please drop a quick email or leave a comment under that post.

This week's Full Metal Jacket Reach Around (FMJRA) was so dominated by links to Beck's show on Black Conservatives, I thought I might as well just name it that.  Once again, sorry I did not get to drop a pearl or two of wisdom, but it was a good show all in all.  Let's get this show started.
