Anyone who has seen Rubio speak before CPAC would not have been surprised that he would have been a big success at CPAC. Rubio has all of the things the GOP always say they are looking for, he is Hispanic, he is young, he can easily express the conservative message. The GOP would do well to study Rubio and start recruiting more candidates like him.
