Video: Scott Brown sworn in as US Senator

Bye-bye Democrat super majority! May they never have power like that again until they learn to respect the will of the people.

This is a good day for America and a bad day for John Kerry.  Despite Brown being the junior senator from Massachusetts, he gets to reclaim Ted Kennedy’s office for the people’s office.

From CNN
Brown will be taking over Kennedy's coveted office space in the Senate Russell building. Sen. Paul Kirk, who was appointed to fill the seat after Kennedy's death, currently occupies the office and will move out.
Several Senate sources tell CNN that the Senate Rules Committee, which assigns office space, decided to give Brown the office space as a matter of convenience.
Because of his seniority, Kennedy had one of the most coveted office suites in the Senate complex. It is located in the Russell building, down the hall from the Rotunda, and has balconies that overlook the Capitol.

Democrats let themselves having a mega power majority go to their heads. I hope Brown is a thorn in Kerry's side. Kerry irks me so much.

I tired to take pictures today, but the security was so tight that I really couldn't get anywhere near him. I forgot about the fact that VPOTUS does the swearing in, so all the secret service was there.

Oh, well I will go and take a picture of his office sign whenever we get dug out of our big snow storm.

Does he get to keep the bottles of scotch Ted left behind?

I wasn't sure you wanted your comment published, so I erred on the side of caution. Thanks for the compliment and I will have that little chat.

I feel where you are coming from. I hate to be hyper partisan but given the Democrats behavior last year, I hope they get all the bad news coming to them. Give 'em grief Scott!

Picture or no picture, you got to be there in person for history. Lucky you. If you write about it on your blog let me know, Ok?
