In case you all missed this one tonight, here is retiring House Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) having a Howard Dean moment on the House floor. What caused Patrick to loose it?

Dennis Kucinich in which the President would have to withdraw troops from Afghanistan within 30 days if “safety issues” were involved. Yeah, I know – but remember, this is Dennis Kucinich we’re talking about here.

No, not bad. It did sound like he was slurring a little bit. But, it doesn't matter, we are rid of him in a few months.

More behavior like that should guarantee that the press will show up in droves. Of course, they would show up even faster if Patrick followed Massa's playbook and groped Dennis. CBS has already pulled this from their site.
No I wouldn't blame the "demon rum,"....he's just a moron, so he can't help sounding like the goofball that he is.
Guys like P J Kennedy give alcoholics a bad name and that really is a tragedy. After all, there are plenty of "functioning alcoholics" running around.
What Pat Kennedy is, falls under the term "NON-functioning alcoholic," or MORON.
The question is, "Does he drink because he's a moron, or is he a moron because he drinks?"
My money's on the latter, the drinking being ancillary to his being a moron.
