Jon Huntsman makes it offical

RINO Jon Huntsman was in my neck of the woods today (sorry no pictures I had to be in New York today). Huntsman chose Liberty State Park in Jersey City in order to conjure up fond memories of Ronald Reagan by using the Statue of Liberty as a back drop. Like that could possibly remove the stench of RINO from this guy.

CNN: Liberty State Park, New Jersey (CNN) - Not known for throwing out red meat to conservative audiences, former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman warned voters the country is facing an "un-American" future in his campaign kick-off speech Tuesday.
Huntsman took aim at the sluggish economy and mounting national debt in his remarks.

"We are about to pass down to the next generation a country that is less powerful, less compassionate, less competitive and less confident than the one we got. This is totally unacceptable and totally un-American," Huntsman said.

And Jon Huntsman would certainly add to the unacceptable and un-American downward spiral.

2012 is a serious as a heart attack. It is no time for posers, the self indulgent or small bore closet liberals. Huntsman needs to teach his staff how to spell his name and then close up shop for 2012, because this guy is going to go no where and fast.

The ONLY thing this man (who the hell is Jon Huntsman??) has in common with Ronald Reagan is they are both men, and both went to New York.... end of similarities. His candidacy is laughable.

Rush Linbaugh played clips from Huntsman's announcement today when he compared himself to Reagan. He then played clips from Reagan's announcement when he entered the race for president. The tones of the two speaches are entirely different. Huntsman is no Reagan.

Reagan did not hesitate to tell the voters what he thought of the Carter adminstration. Huntsman wants to be civil when talking about Obama. Someone needs to have the courage to remind the voters that Obama has done more harm to our country than any president since Carter.

I could not have said it better myself. Why is everyone pushing this dude like he has a chance?

Huntsman wants to take the gentle approach because he thinks that will stop Obama from calling him a racist. Foolish! Obama will call his own mother a racist if it means getting reelected.

There is no better reason to run away from Huntsman than the fact that the left like him. Perry had a point in his speech, we need to stop trying to win over lefty haters. It is an exercise in futility.

He might be an all right guy, but he's a nobody - and he doesn't know how to run a campaign. And he's as exciting as watching paint dry.

Another one bites the dust even before hitting the trail.
